Thomas Peschke

Thomas Peschke specialises in the tax structuring of acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, private equity and real estate transactions as well as providing tax advice to family-owned businesses. He has experience working in the tax department of an international law firm as well as a boutique law firm that specialises primarily in transactions in the private equity sector. Thomas Peschke has extensive experience in the Ministry of Finance of Hamburg, at RPHS Law in Kosovo and at several regional courts and the public prosecutor’s office. Thomas runs the German desk at RPHS Law.

Thomas Peschke recently published the book „Das EU-Beihilfeverbot im Steuerrecht“ (“The EU State Aid Law and Tax Law”), which has been nominated for the “DWS Wissenschaftspreis 2023” (science prize of the German Association of Tax Advisors).
