Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensures supplies and maintenance of the office, managing invoices and petty cash, photocopying, and all technical work for the office and staff needs;
- Takes care of all necessary tasks for the office, including management, contact with contractors, necessary supplies, and other tasks as needed;
- Maintaining, updating, and professionally managing case files and other documents that are part of the office, organizing the complete list of evidence using standard forms, in accordance with internal rules;
- Recording and registering hearings, legal deadlines for documents and other important issues, as well as monitoring deadlines and tasks for staff;
- Receiving and recording all information and documents received in the office and delivering various documents and notifications to the court, public institutions, and clients via mail or email;
- Coordinating with legal associates regarding the sending of documents to the parties and coordinating other details as needed;
- Notifying parties of documents, deadlines, and other matters of importance to the parties, in accordance with internal rules;
- Filing and withdrawing documents in all public institutions and private parties, as well as representing the office as needed;
- Preparing the file and necessary documents for court cases, before court hearings, meetings with the parties, and ensuring that the file is complete with documents and information;
- Assists in the development of cases by maintaining contact with the parties involved; schedules meetings with the parties; and prepares and sends summons and documents to the Court;
- Receives and arranges third parties in the office and serves as a point of contact between the office and third parties, ensuring that any request or summons is forwarded to the responsible person in the office; and
- Other tasks in the function of the smooth running of the work in the Law Firm.
Qualifications, work experience, and skills:
- University degree in law, economics, or a similar in the administrative field;
- At least two (2) years of professional work experience in administration;
- Excellent knowledge of the English Language;
- Knowledge of working in Microsoft applications and Google Drive;
- High communication and organizational skills;
