RPHS Law has advised Puratos NV on its joint partnership with Korabi Corporation in Kosovo. This partnership aims to increase Puratos’s presence in the Kosovo market and the region.  Puratos  NV is a global leading manufacturer of ingredients for bakery, patisseries, and chocolate, headquartered in Belgium.

Headquartered in Pristina, Korabi Corporation is one of the leading distributors of Puratos products in the Kosovo market. RPHS Law’s advised Puratos on all aspects of the transaction, including obtaining merger clearance for the transaction before the Competition Authority of the Republic of Kosovo.
